VLBS LOAD RING WITH SPRING
The VLBS load ring features a compact, innovative design and is 100% electro-magnetic crack tested, finished in RUD’s signature durable pink powder coat. Manufactured from high-tensile CrNiMo steel, it delivers full WLL in any direction with a 4:1 design factor. Rated capacity can be doubled in specific lashing applications. Stainless steel versions are available up to 2000 kg WLL. Options include models with or without internal position-holding springs (VLBS-16 supplied without spring). Mounting blocks are welding-ready with distance lugs, and VRBS weld-on eye plates are available with WLLs from 4–50 tonnes. Test certificates with full traceability are provided.
